Mike Scott is getting to sound more like a cross between Bob Dylan and Cat Stevens with every record. But nasal whines aside, the four tracks on the 12 inch single, two from the album This Is The Sea, draw out the drama in Scott's barnstorming pop poetry to raging effect.
