Stuart Adamson owes more than a little to New Joisey's own Bruce Springsteen, but this time he borrows voice, harmonies and tune. But where Springsteen would muck it all up with a surfeit of sax frenzy and over-enthusiastic vocals, Stuart and friends, with their clanking guitars, remain persuasively restrained, saving a power chord-driven chorus for a final treat.
